Participation Terms for Yanqul Festival for Heiran Camel Beauty Contest 2026:

The age verification date for winter Heiran is September 2025, and for summer Heiran is January 1, 2026.

Full shaving of local Asayel Heiran is prohibited, except for trimming the ear and withers. As for Bawatin Asayel, any shaving is prohibited except for light trimming of the withers. Any camel that violates these conditions will be excluded.

Camels participating in the Telad rounds must be proven as Telad at the gate before entering the round.

The lineage of participating Bawatin camels must be proven by an oath from the owner at the gate before entering the round, confirming that both the sire and dam are Bawatin.

Participating camels will be subject to tampering inspection by the designated veterinarian. Any confirmed tampering case identified by the medical team will be excluded, and the decision shall be final.

All decisions issued by the festival committees are final and not subject to change. Participants must respect and comply with the festival’s rules and regulations.

Any dyes or paints are prohibited.

All participants must register through the festival application and pay the required fees. No participation will be accepted without the approved registration form.
Important Notes:

The owner must hand over the camel at the gate to the designated committees and present the participation ticket.

All participating camels will be admitted into the designated arenas.

Participants must adhere to the specified dates and times.

The owner will not be compensated for the ticket value if the camel does not enter the round at the specified time.
